How the test is taken

The test is completed online and takes approximately 15 minutes. The test consists of 28 sets of culture-free multiple choice statements. Example:

The test-taker is asked to:

1. Please complete the questionnaire in one sitting – it only takes about 10-15 minutes.
2. Be relaxed about answering this questionnaire – there are no right or wrong answers.
3. Do not be worried if you find it difficult to make choices – just answer spontaneously – go with your first thought as it is likely to be the right one. (Recent research has indicated that gut reaction decisions are actually the best decisions in life in general.)
4. Keep in mind the fact that it is not your answer to one individual question that will determine your results – it is your pattern of responses to the whole questionnaire.

The test-taker will get their results immediately upon completion.
The report is delivered in PDF format.

Important! Candidate will have to take the test again!

There are three patterns of response that occur very rarely. This happens when people do not answer in a spontaneous and uninhibited way. In these instances it is necessary for the questionnaire to be completed again. Ask the test-taker:

● To be reactive rather than reflective.
● Not to think too hard about the implications of his or her answers.
● To be spontaneous.
● To remember that there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers.

The Three Results:
1. When responding to the questions the test-taker placed a low value on all four of the personality traits measured.

2. When responding to the questions the test-taker placed an equal value on all four of the personality traits measured.

3. When responding to the questions the test-taker placed a high value on all four of the personality traits measured.
 
You will be advised in the PDF report that it is necessary for the test to be re-taken.
